How to Sell Tokens on the Vertex Portal
So, you’re looking to sell tokens on the Vertex Portal but you’re not sure how to go about it. We’ve decided to create a guide for our users to make it more accessible for you to start trading.
Once you’ve completed your KYC and have registered as a Tier B2 user you can immediately apply for Tier S1 status. Tier S1 status will allow individuals to start selling their tokens on the market, without the need for an unnecessary middleman. Corporations will be able to move on to S2 status, and may also begin trading.
In order to be converted to an S1 user, you’ll need to submit the following documents:
- Information about your first token sale
- Proof of ownership of digital asset/ SAFT (min 10,000 USD equivalent at time of submission)
- Declaration of funds
- Proof of residence (Utility bill)
Then, your S1 user status will only be granted if your request has a valid token sale offer and if you plan on conducting that sale within 10 days of becoming an S1 user.
To become an S2 user, companies will need to submit:
- Company registration
- Country of incorporation
- Shareholder information
- Inception date
- Link to online registry of particular jurisdiction
- Bank reference letter
