Meet The Team: Saud Al Jomaih

Saud Aljomaih brings all these critical skills and a wealth of experience from the world of finance to Vertex. Saud is a highly experienced executive who started his career at Deloitte Middle East, as a valuation and modeling services specialist. His dedication and careful cultivation of his expertise in this field led him to roles in corporate financial advisory at Deloitte and later to managerial positions at SambaCapital. Saud currently serves as the CEO of Saudi Sacab LLC, and he is looking to bring all his experience to Vertex in his capacity as the project’s Chief Information Officer.

With more than 10 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance and investment strategy, Saud dove into the world of cryptocurrency a few years ago, fascinated by the possibilities it offered. Understanding how crypto can change the face of financial systems worldwide and knowing that the technology will be increasingly important in the industry, he sought the opportunity to participate in a crypto project with great potential. That is how Saud became a founding member of Vertex.

As the Chief Information Officer at Vertex, Saud will establish and manage the company’s investment strategy and its vetting process, to bring the best projects in the space to the platform. Saud will be working closely to with the rest of the team to establish best practices and to manage processes that involve financial analysis to spot the diamonds in the rough.

Thanks to his expertise, his planning capabilities and his ability to deploy brilliant investment strategies, Saud will optimize the potential that Vertex has as the first OTC aftermarket in the space.
